How we verify where a game is available

A provider page proves an identity. A playable local listing needs a different chain of evidence.

Begin with the exact game

Our first step is to establish a stable identity: complete title, provider and edition. That supports a game description and a mechanics filter. It does not connect the game to a particular operator. A provider catalogue, a distribution announcement or an operator’s generic studio logo can be a research lead, but none of them alone answers whether a specific visitor can access that edition today.

Add the operator and market separately

An availability observation must connect the exact game to an identified operator and the relevant country or regulated subregion. We record a source and a check date for that relationship. A visitor’s chosen country is a browsing preference; an observed location is a separate signal; account eligibility is a further question. Combining those into one assumed location would conceal uncertainty instead of resolving it.

Read the conditions around the listing

A game tile can appear in a lobby without answering registration, residency, age, account or regional restrictions. A free demo is also a different observation from a real-money offering. Our review asks what the source actually establishes and records its limits. If a page redirects, is blocked or cannot be checked, we do not turn that failure into a positive availability claim.

Keep commercial approval independent

A verified listing would still be different from permission to publish a promotional link. We require direct approved evidence for the game, operator and market before enabling a where-to-play action. As this edition of the site launches, no such matches are published. Detail pages therefore say that availability is not checked and offer editorial routes for further reading, without a substitute casino button.

Let evidence become stale

A check date is a historical observation, not a live guarantee. A catalogue can change, a game can move and market rules can differ. We keep identity evidence separate from availability records so that a valid title description does not keep a stale commercial action alive. Corrections should include the affected page and the exact relationship in question; our contact page explains how to reach the editorial desk.

Read a detail page with that chain in mind

A game page on this site presents identity evidence and an explicit availability state. Read those as separate answers. The presence of a provider source is useful for checking the summary above it, but that source does not silently fill in an empty operator or market record. An unavailable source also does not license us to infer the missing relationship from a familiar brand.

If you send a correction, tell us whether it concerns the title, provider, mechanic, edition or a specific availability relationship. Include the page URL and a direct supporting source if possible. This makes the correction testable without collecting private account material. We do not need passwords, identity documents or a screenshot containing your balance to review an editorial claim.
